All I did was take some wooden skewers and soak in water for 1 hour. Next I removed the skin from the salmon and cubed it and pierced it along with a piece of lime. Then drizzled with olive oil, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Grill for 10min brushing with oil regularly !
