I like to use baby tomatoes sometime and multi colored tomatoes for there beautiful colour. This salsa dose not last long in our house we put it on everything from eggs, grilled chicken and steak, or just as an appetizer with chips and salsa !
Here is the recipe:
10 oz carton of baby tomatoes (chopped)
1/3c. Red onion diced
About 4tbsp of cilantro
Red pepper flakes add the heat you want
Sea salt add to your tasting
Chop up all the tomatoes, red onion, cilantro add to a bowl, next add lime juice sometimes I add a bit of lime zest too. Then season with salt and red pepper flakes.
You can eat it right away or as I like to leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour, so all the flavours combine!!
