This is a great breakfast that quick and delicious. I really like to add a lot of fresh fruit too but the best is blueberries, bananas, strawberries or raspberries, here's the recipe ! !
Ingredients
2c. Quick Oats
1/4c. Brown Sugar
1 Banana
1/2c. Fresh Rasberries
1/2c. Fresh Blueberries
1/3c. Dark chocolate chips
1 tsp Cinnamon
1tsp Nutmeg
1tsp Baking powder
1tsp Vanilla
2c. Almond Milk
1-2 Eggs
3tbsp melted coconut oil
Preheat oven to 350* degrees.
Spray or butter in the inside of a medium sized baking dish 8x10.
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl then, in a separate bowl add all the wet ingredients and mix. Next combine both mixtures together and add half of the fruit!
Pour into baking dish and add the rest of the fruit and sprinkle chocolate chips over top!
Bake for 30min or till done!
Once done you can add maple syrup or dust it with powered sugar !!
