Enjoying breakfast with my family . Needed to make something healthy for breakfast after a morning workout ! I'm not a fan of hollandaise sauce. I have never liked it but my husbands loves it so, I thought of making one a bit healthier!
Ingredients:
1whole avocado or half for less thick
2 cloves garlic
Half lime juice
1/4 grapeseed oil
1tbsp white wine vingar
Sea salt / black pepper
Dash cayenne for garnish
Blend in blender: add avocado,garlic, lime, white wine vingar, salt, pepper, and slowly add oil .
Next poach eggs: boil water and add tbsp of white vingar (it helps eggs white to stay together once is cooked , slice tomato and put egg on top along with avocado sauce and add a dash of cayenne ! Enjoy
