Here is some awesome healthy muffins,you can omit the chocolate chips if you want them healthier and add some nuts, flax seed too ! Really good and moist!
Ingredients:
3 Bananas (ripe)
3/4c. Sugar
1egg
1/3c. Coconut oil (melted)
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1c.whole wheat flour or white
1/2c. Shredded coconut
1/2c. Chocolate chips
Directions:
Mash bananas ( I mixed all the wet ingredients and blended : bananas, egg, coconut oil)
Then add in sugar.
Stirred in the dry ingredients !
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
